My headcanon for Smart Cookie.
Secretary and eventual wife of Chancellor Pudding Patch, Smart Cookie was the voice of reason in his life, keeping his orders and democracy sane and sensible, she kept him from making an ass of himself, though she could never keep an eye on him during summits, as she kept the homes safe. She saved his life along with Clever Clover and Prancing Pansies, and eventually settled down with him. She was pretty much the same as AJ's portrayal.
