Would you look at that? A screenshot redraw! What's that? Two screenshot redraws in one? Along with a noise filter and overlay? You must be insane, right? Well, yes I am. I still did it.
I'm quite well aware of the fact that the crimes she's ruminating on in her eyes technically take place chronologically after this line, but there wasn't a better choice for my idea, so liberties were taken.
This song kinda gave me more sympathy for FiW!Applejack, and... that's exactly the opposite point that I was supposed to take, wasn't it? I mean, the song displays nothing but the horrible things that Applejack did in the name of winning the war, but.... I don't think Rarity was the only one who was broken by the events of whatever war that was taken. Applejack's happy demeanor and joking over the war crimes is probably how she deals with it. It's all a big joke, right? "Hah, come back here, Applebloom! You're a little war crime, get back here! Oh Celestia what have I done? Ya'll aint getting away from me!". This line just somehow hit me in a way the others didn't. That there was something seriously wrong with Applejack because of this war. So... I redrew it. The poor gal is broken, and... if there's anything I've learned from Animorphs, it's that war fucking sucks.  I've learned it before, but I'm not one for unlearning basic facts.
