- HISTORY: Rasputin is a young minncino with a host of mental problems, though none that are severe and require attention. His mom was a sort of hillbilly, getting drunk most nights. He has no father. They lived in a two room apartment and because of his filthy environment he developed a form of ocd, though he doesn't just obsessively clean, He has a whole routine he must do or he gets depressed and panicky. He has a pet Joltik which was his grandmas pet before she died. The joltik, Duchess, is very old, and requires Rasputins constant care. He moved to pokette so he could start a new life, without his mothers drunk eye. He discovered the disrepair of the town and decided that he would clean it up. Now that hes here, he might seem strung up and, for lack of better word, uppity, he loves the town and wants to spend his life here, making everyone happy, in his weird little Razzmaspazz way.

- JOB: Rasputin runs a cleaning service, which, frankly, if your house it dirty enough, hell clean for free. He really cant help but clean things, thats why his coat is so pearly white
