One of the many daughters of Pina Colada, and one of her one night stands.
Names because of her mother was drunk while she carried her, and when asked what to name her, "Don.... Care..."
Is not that bright, probably due to her mothers constant drinking, and is quite violent, getting into many fights, and barely goes to school, finding it useless, and because her mom doesn't care enough about what she does to want her to have a good education, she isn't punished. Pony social services are so rare that she's probably going to keep staying with her mom.
Brownie points if you can guess the other parent!
