Crystal Crepe

Description

Designed by :iconstrawberry-spritz:, Crystal Crepe is Donut Joe and Sugar Glass's son. It's kind of Joe's family's schtick, they're all terrible at naming their foals. But at least it's better than Joe. But he still named his crystal pony son Crystal.
He inherited the fine crystalline hair and jewel eyes from his crystal side, but isn't a crystal pony. Part of this can be explained that his father wasn't a natural born crystal pony, but a convert, and he and Joe had a long distance relationship, which lead to him, before Sugar Glass became a crystal pony, which he did as well. But like all Crystal Converts, he doesn't have the crystalline coat and only the artificial appearance of a Crystal Pony. He's actually 10 years old by the time of Games Ponies Play, and if we could have seen behind the counter in that episode, we would have seen Crepe here helping his dad to run the bakery in the train station,   They lived in the train station (living in the higher tower here) so Joe could ride to visit his son.
He's the Crystal Castle's chef, and he looks like a stereotypical perfectionist chef, but he's more than that.. He's a perfectionist who takes great pride in his craft, but there's another side that's a lot more fun. Just like Joe, he has an affinity for creating art out of his food. He's good with most food, but he loves to create candy and other sugary substances more. That's where his creativity blooms.  He makes statues out of marble cake, a sugar glass chocolate fountain, a salad with sugarfloss lettuce, tomatos made out of mochi (with sugar flour instead of rice), and other vegetables made out of candy.
He sells these on the side, although sometimes the royal family ask for him to make them for special occassions. He's never talked to the changeling prince Quasimodo, he seems like a loner, and his sheer size frightens him a little. But the princesses love to order things for their birthdays, and their Cute-ceañeras were his best works. The Cute-ceañeras of the princesses were huge affairs, most of the crystal ponies came to celebrate their princesses (never mind the prince). So for Royal Beauty, he made a large cake made to look like a rose, her cutie mark, adorned with luster dust, jeweled candy, sweet leaves made out of sugar glass, it was great. He never saw or noticed the little prince hiding in the corners, away from the attention. There was a similar affair for Skyla's cutie mark, where he shaped a large sweet (not necessarily a cake, just a massive candy thing) to look like her cutie mark. The cloud was made of cotton candy/candyfloss, the ribbons from a candy-like Equestrian version of fruit by the foot, and the star was solid crystalized sugar, painted with luster dust.
Suffice to say, he kind of  likes making art out of candy.
Yes, I deliberately referred to Quartz by her birth name Quasimodo, and as a prince. It's to establish Crystal Crepe's level of acceptance of Quasimodo, not because I'm misgendering her.
