My headcanon for Commander Hurricane
Brother to Prancing Pansies, Commander Hurricane was her opposite in every way, though he still cared for her, when he saw that she was incapable of battle, and he took her as his secretary of sorts, putting her in a position where she would not have to fight. He was rash and young when his father, and old commander died in battle, he was ill prepared to take over when food became scarce, and the clouds started to snow without pegasus interference, and he responded by attempting to force the other tribes to war, so he could take their resources to fix his inadequacies as a leader. He succeeded in driving the others to leave, though they didn't leave their food. He and the army left for another land, eventually finding Equestria, though he was trapped with the other leaders inside the cave, and was frozen by his hate, saved by his sister and her friends.
